André Valmy (October 10, 1919 - November 18, 2015) was a French film actor, who appeared in 66 films between 1940 and his retirement in 2001. He was born André Antoine Marius Dugenet in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. Valmy was the voice of Général Christophe and King Artus in the first 12 episodes of the French dub Bomber X. When the series went on hiatus, he did not return and was subsequently replaced with Henry Djanik.

He is notable in France as the dubbed voice of Walter Matthau, Robert Shaw and George Kennedy.
