Stationed at Star Fleet Command, he primarily takes charge of communications and radio transmissions. He primarily relays communications directly to General Kyle.
He appears in the series about as much as General Kyle, Number One and Two, though has even less of a role in the series.

Much like his co-worker, he is stationed at Star Fleet Command, and is in charge of communications. Though it seems more that he is primarily in charge of relaying information to General Kyle and his subordinates rather than primary communications.
He appears frequently in the series at EDF base, but rarely speaks.
His puppet is revamped in many episodes in the series. He appears as both the Pluto Ocean Patrol Fleet Leader and Pluto Missile Base Captain (with dark red-brown hair and without glasses) in Episode 1. As well as the Earth Ocean Patrol pilot (disguised under black facial hair) in Episode 2.

Commander Vargas is the commander in charge of laser missile battalion 5 at the EDF Headquarters. He only appears in Find F-01. He has red hair and mustache, wearing a beret and speaks with a Russian accent.
He is called by General Kyle on a scrambled frequency to fire missiles at Makara's Battlecruiser. When standing by for launch, her battlecruiser detects their movement and fires at them, destroying the missile base.
Whether or not Vargas was killed in this attack (assuming the missile base was close to the missile batteries) is unknown. If not, he was likely killed in The Imperial Master's attack on EDF in the final episodes.

An unnamed officer with Star Fleet, he was first seen in Super Powerful Imperial Alliance Fleet, where he orders missile bases to stand by as Makara's battlecruiser closes in on EDF headquarters. He is an African American male with a large afro, with that being said, he is one of the only Officers whose easily distinguished in the background.
He later gives red alert orders for all astrofighters to be launched and missile bases to stand by for an immediate attack against the Imperial Master's Planet Fortress, in The End of Earth.

An unnamed officer with Star Fleet, he was first seen in Super Powerful Imperial Alliance Fleet, where he orders astrofighters to be on stand by for launch to defend Star Fleet Command. This is his only true appearance, though appears to be seen in the background of EDF HQ in other episodes. He has large red hair with a small red mustache.
His puppet is reused as one of the Royal advisors on Callinean in M13: Full Frontal Attack Begins, his red hair replaced with dark-red/brown hair.

An unnamed officer with Star Fleet, she was first seen in Super Powerful Imperial Alliance Fleet, where she gives General Kyle the distance of the closing Imperial Cruiser. She appears to either be Latin or Asian, with black hair and blue mascara.
She later appears in The End of Earth, in which she appears to be wearing glasses. She gives orders for red alert standby as the Imperial Fortress approaches.
Her English voice is almost exactly like Captain Mary Falconer's from Terrahawks. This is because both of their voices are provided by Denise Bryer.
