Michel Elias (born February 17, 1948) is a French Comedian and Singer who specializes in dubbing and voice advertising. Elias was the voice of Héraclés and PPA in the French dub of Bomber X. When the dub went on hiatus, he did not return and was subsequently replaced with Marc François.

He is perhaps notable for his dubbing works with The Walt Disney Company, best known as the voice of Pumbaa the Warthog from The Lion King films.

Alain Rémond, writes in the "My Eye" of Télérama about one of his performances in the show That's A Matter by Jean-Luc Delarue: "An actor who lends his voice to the hordes of movies and pubs, he made a stunning demonstration. We saw him in the studio, bright like a kid imitating all kinds of characters, all kinds of animals, cavernous bass voice, smooth crooner or rumbling shrill to blow the eardrums. Upon request, it takes all the accents, all intonations, his voice is a powerful instrument - best: a full orchestra!"
